Raiden wasn't EM built for hyperbloom damage. Rather raiden is on the crit and damage sets. Hence he put it as hypercarry

@@user-dg1wx6kv7b yeah i know Raiden isnt em build, but "Hypercarry" is team that only used 1 damage dealer and the 3 of it are supporting and the most damage come from the damage dealer (like Raiden, Bennet, Kazuha, Sara) also this team comp more like hyperbloom because the elemental reaction are focused on hyperbloom, also this team contain 1 damage dealer/driver and 2 sub dps

yes, her passive gives electro dmg bonus based on her energy recharge. people use ATK goblets to make up for the lack of attack due to using ER sands.
