    No seriously though, what a nostalgia trip. I remember being able to roll around outside and asking to play a little longer. Disney knew exactly what they were doing with their animation, and it's amazing.

      That’s before Disney became a greedy tyrant obsessed of dominating culture and making money by making lifeless live action remakes of the originals.
      Thank god there are companies out there like Dreamworks, Illumination & Paramount that are good and forgivable.(Although there is talk about a live action HTTYD movie coming soon in 2025 so let’s just see how Dreamworks handles a live action remake of the original?)

    I think I was technically a bit too old for this film when it first came out but I still loved it and when Lumpy's sad bc they couldn't find his mom I actually teared up.
    I dunno about the original english, but in the swedish dub he just sounded so sad in such a real "child about to cry"-way and it rly got to me ;_;

    Tbh, this is my favorite Winnie The Pooh movie. I always loved the focus on Roo instead, and forbidden friendships/relationships are some of my favorite concepts.
    The whole vibe of this movie really touched me and I found it very pleasant (i still love the scene where Roo frees Lumpy of his rope and later frees him from the cage trap as his mother watches with pride) !

    God, I loved Winnie The Pooh as a child. This movie and The Tigger Movie were along my favorite movies. Tigger and Roo are great characters. Thank you for the nostalgia (by also pointing out just how WEIRD but also outright hilarious the Winnie The Pooh-movies were...).

    Coming back to this movie, it always confused me on why they leave our Roo, the most confident member, and bring the cowardly Piglet along. I know they said that Roo is too young... but so is Piglet...

      @@desgoyomama3274 since he’s a piglet, I saw him rather young, almost like a baby. I know he even has his own house.
      But in Roo’s case, even if he’s a kid who lives with his mother, that’s part of the name pun; he’s shown to have more courage than pretty much everyone else.

    I saw this for the first time in theaters. It was awesome. I'm surprised you left out Rabbit trying to lure the heffalumps though, as well as when tiger was copying him. Those parts had us laughing out loud. XD
