Two person from Nepal Fitness Industry whom I adore the most.
From Sushant Pradhan, I learned the very basics of how to be fit, lost 17 kilos in 3 months 3 years back by understanding how fat loss occurs in our body by watching all his fitness related videos. If his videos were not there then may be the process would have been much harder or may be impossible for me. Thank you for making those videos and motivating all the Nepalese people to be fit in layman way.
And from Sukadev Karki, I learned that you don't need PEDs to get shredded af and strong af.

I could relate to each and every thing that Sukadev dai said especially where he mentioned his moment of epiphany realising everything in hindsight of an accident..
