Glass blood fins (prionobrama filigera) are one of my favorites. It's not a pure top dweller but that's where they spend most of their time and I've only seen them feed at the surface.

We have glass bloodfins and regular bloodfins in one of our 40 breeders and you’re correct, they def spend most of the time up top. Very cool and inexpensive fish.

I have found that 1 Golden wonder killifish is great at controlling the guppies down in a guppies tank.

Replay crew here and I stay till the end! My fav top dweller if it can be considered one is my bosemani rainbows. I know they’re not really the definition of a top dweller but I was looking for a fish to occupy the top of my 210g which is 30” tall and they do it beautifully.

What form of BugBites do you find the most versatile i.e. works for the largest number of fish?

We use a lot of the tropical formula granules, everyone loves them. I even crumble them up for fry and they love it too.
