That round 'D' ring thingie is a carabiner Very handy for clipping straps together, For squats, I've been doing in my kitchen. I have to keep a hand on the counter to keep my balance. I'm a bit older than you though at 73. Covid has kept me in my house and I've gained 25 pounds since March and I feel like every time I take a step I come crashing back to earth. Stairs are a real shaky proposition and I really need something to do inside that I can do without worrying about masks, and driving away. Your explanations are quite clear and easy to understand. I think I'll look at ALBI's web site and see if I can find this online. Thanks for your passion for fitness.

Oh man! I think Covid has kind of wrecked us all 😔 you're doing the right thing though by trying to do something to make it work! :-) you can totally do it just make sure you're eating really healthy and really clean, drink tons of water and get some exercise in and it will come off 🙏🙏 you are welcome! You can also check Amazon for "suspension training" straps. God Bless

Thanks for explain how to use the suspension straps. I have not checked your channel out, but maybe a bunch of short blog on how to do each exercise. They are at the gym where I work out, but I am really clueless how to use them. I like the spider push ups with straps.

I may be a beginner but I have an injury so I'm thinking it will help me more.

The suspension straps are great for all levels because even if you're a beginner as you progress you're just using your own body weight and balance but you just adjust as needed. 🙌
