This was a super fun song to work on, I loved this theme since the first time I heard it in the game. I didn't want to cover until I had a good idea what to do for it, and this was it. It also aligned with the Materia project "FALLEN" so I pitched it to be included in it and I made it ^_^

A lot of ASGORE remixes go loud - convey the power of the character or the intensity of the battle through volume and highly complex arrangements. I really like how this song has a feeling of restraint and sorrow to it, meshing with the theme of Asgore as a character. The King of Monsters is an incredibly strong being - but he doesn't want to fight. Yet, he has to.
THIS - I cried at the grief and resignation behind his power, and this arrangement captures that feeling.
This piece has FERDK written all over it. You let your true colors shine over this effortlessly. Great work brotha!

asgore has such an awesome theme, and you definitely do it justice. unlike a lot of rock/metal versions, you didn't alter the tempo much, so it still maintains the dramatic weight of a final boss. Awesome!
Um he slowed it down to 75% its normal tempo. Turn it up to 1.25 speed and compare to the actual track.
Solid cover of my second favorite boss theme. Right up there with Falkkone.

ASGORE is my favorite track on the OST, and there are a lot of really good covers of it, but this one stands out because it's just the perfect balance of driving rocking metal and an orchestral touch. It feels sufficiently epic. Like, if the game had a non-chip soundtrack, this feels *exactly* like what this theme would sound like.

This song was part of a community album that has been taken down (alongside all community albums by the same community) at request of some of the producers featured in them. I plan to re-release this track when I can find the time to remaster it, hopefully soon!
