SPECIAL SYLVANNAS RECIPE

try our SYLVANNAS OHLALA
ingredients:
-7 egg whites
-3/4 cup sugar
-1/2 tsp cream of tartar(on the vudeo i put 1tsp which is a lot so this is the correct measurment)
-1 1/2 cup grind cashew Nuts
filling:
-500 Grams unsalted butter
-1/2 cup powdered sugar(can add according to your taste)
-1tsp vanilla
-cookie crumbs for coating any plain cookies
bake in a pre-heated oven 160°c for 16-18 minutes(oven may vary so have to check to avoid burning the meringue)
i used my egg yolks for my yema frosting :-)
