Ingredients:
Patillas
-toasted dessicated coconut
-2cups powder milk
-1/2 to 3/4 of 395 grams condensed milk (this will depend if you reach the right consistency)
Tikoy
-2 cups glutinous rice flour
-1 cup white sugar(can adjust according to taste)
-1/4 tsp salt
-2 cups water
