- We are spiritual beings having a human experience - and so we must keep this beautiful human body healthy and vital. Kundalini yoga does that very well for us... and this 30 minute kundalini yoga kriya for disease resistance is an ideal set to practice regularly to keep ourselves in tip top health.
As with all kundalini yoga kriyas, please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice. Breath of fire comes with a caution - some prefer not to do breath of fire in the first three days of your moon cycle.

I really liked this one. Of course, my heels will never touch in rock pose because the bottoms of my feet are too wide. But today, I feel as if I improved my rock pose and I was able to sit in rock for the whole time of rock.
Sat nam, dear Divine Levine Vegan, and hooray! I'm glad to hear you are mastering rock pose! The heels don't need to touch in rock pose, but the posture is more beneficial if the heels are positioned just under the sit bones to stimulate digestion. ♥️
