Hi Mdm. I am a born singaporean indian. I lost both my parents when i was 15 and now i an 35yrs old married. There is no one to guide me on how to cook. Also in Singapore, its not easy to get full vegetarian tasty village indian food everywhere. Your receipes are super easy and super guidance for me to learn to cook at home tasty, easy and fast. As working adult, we leave home at 6am and come back 8pm, long cooking is nt possible. Also all this food is so easy to pack for lunch box as it is purattasi month now. Anitha Mam, I am watching all ur receipes, previously in a T.V show u cooked and showed double beans mint pulav..still now I am doing once in a week and also I thought to many....the credit goes to you..... kindly redo that.....
Can you please add receipes on Saama, Thinai, Varagu, Kuthirai Vali, kaikuthal rice and Kerala brown rice with normal spice and less oil..... because our family is having diet cooking due to dibetic...
