    A very interesting discussion. I have seen numerous Navy organizations expect their people to have access to Facebook, so the Navy should pay for cyber protaction. Thank-you.

    I think you’re mistaken. Hybrid warfare term used as a propaganda tool these days. Hybrid warfare was actually used by the west, pretty effectively in post Soviet countries. Side who has all the money, media, internet media and everything can’t say other side is more effective in influencing campaign. Losing influence today is self inflicted by mostly over use of power and overestimate of power.
