Royal Republic, Live at Kägelbanan, Stockholm 02.12.23

I have been waiting years to see these guys live and it finally happened, at a recently re-opened Kägelbana with a sold out crowd of incredibly enthusiastic fans. What a great gig!
Royal Republic seem to absolutely have a blast playing live gigs. You can see at the end of this clip that they don't really want to get off stage and are half ready for a group karaoke allsång.
These guys have all the tools, they have incredible vocal skills, they are amazing on their instruments and they have an incredible diversity in their musical taste.
I would love to see a Royal Republic summer allsäng, like the weeping willows used to do at Debaser, maybe someday......

I like listening to them - streaming /offical videos etc. But to see them live is music on a whole other level, for several reasons:
a) The really love performing live, that is totally obvious.
b) They have such an incredible skill-set: both vocal and instrumental. Adam Grahn makes a comment in the concert about switching styles. I would suspect that they could play their whole set switching constantly between musical styles while playing the same song - disco, country, rock, metal , pop whatever. They seem to have real mastery over what they do.
