Ausbildung positions are usually posted in their career portal :) With your last question, usually you have the same time frame even if you have kids, unless you got pregnant during your Ausbildung.

So your options could be, have your documents translated by the embassy or check some translation firms in your city, which are recognised by the German embassy. If you have Goethe Institut in your country, contact them and ask if they could translate your documents. I hope i managed to answer your question :)

If you want to obtain a BA degree then you need to enroll in a university for a proper BA degree and not an Ausbildung.
