    This is for my nephew
    From Mumbai - India
    Passed his 12 grade this year with physics chemistry and biology with 75%
    German language knowledge is NIL
    We will start his German language classes soon
    Just want to be clear about the process, and how we can achieve it
    As we have researched, after B2 language exam passing he can apply for Ausbildung for Nursing
    But we need further guidance about the whole process
    So that we can be sure we will be able to fulfill all requirements
    Will it be possible to guide us for a reasonable fee
    Have you done this for any student in the recent past

    If one cannot save enough money for the 3 years of Ausbildung, will the apprenticeship salary plus a mini job suffice for a basic living/ I would like to study IT although I do not have a relative background. Is this a plausible plan or should I opt to become a bus or truck driver which would be easier and faster. Note that weirdly enough both professions interest me for various reasons. May I add that professional licences are mush cheaper in other european countries and the driver's salaries are not that bad if we compare to let's say a nurse's salary. Thank you in advance.

      Yes, you can always do an Ausbildung, it doesnt matter if you already have bachelors in mechanical engineering, this probably just higher your chances to find an Ausbildung. Even though i would thing that its maybe recocmendable for you, to try to find a place for a master on a university here and with that be able to move here, get eeven a higher qaulification, strengthen your network and find a job after it:)

    hi.do i have to change my student visa first before applying for ausbuildung?

    • @myroadtogermany5885
      @myroadtogermany5885  Před 2 lety

      Hey Pascaliner, yes you need to, but thats possible. But it also depends alot about the area and your situation
      Please read below:
      1.1.Change to an Ausbildung according to § 16a AufenthG.
      This option is undoubtedly the better one. The person concerned receives the residence permit according to § 16a AufenthG (in-company training) instead of § 16b AufenthG (studies). Disadvantage: This change is only possible to a qualified training occupation. The approval of the Federal Employment Agency is required for this. The approval of the Federal Employment Agency is obtained directly from the Foreigners Authority.
      1.2 Training toleration
      The training toleration (§ 60c AufenthG) enables training even if the person concerned has a toleration. As a disadvantage, the status of the toleration naturally remains (no foreign travel is possible due to the toleration). However, the toleration is left until the completion of the training. Those who obtain a vocational qualification will later have good chances of remaining in Germany in the long term. The "Ausbildungsduldung" is therefore very attractive. However, it is not possible with previous convictions greater than 50 / 90 daily rates.

    • @myroadtogermany5885
      @myroadtogermany5885  Před 2 lety +1

      No, there is no age restriction! Companies in general sometimes prefer younger candidates, but especially in high demanded areas age doesnt really matter. there is only a limit for the VISA zur Ausbildungsplatzsuche, and this is a Visa with that you can come and look for an Ausbildung here in Germany. (max 25 years) If you are older you already need to find your Ausbildungsplatz from your country and with the contract or the proof that you find one, you can come here.

      @@janhavibait9080 Hey janhavi, honestly the way I think could be the easist to "get your feet" into the german job market could be to apply for a master degree in germany. After that you have your master from a german university, learn german meanwhile and also open your door to companies with working student jobs/intern. Ofc. you can also apply with your actual degree, and e-commerce is a grwoing sector, but I assume it could be more difficult. The other way could be an Ausbildung, but as you already have an academic degree, i would say a master is the better option for you! Did you consider to do one?
