When i click on customize in blocky theme the menu items are embedded in the trigger how to remove that trigger because its hard to edit the menu items?
But how do you customise the page itself? Here you show how to customise the header and footer but what about the remaining page?

Unfortunately the hamburger icon can't be customized because it is tied to some CSS animations (open/close).
If you will add a different icon the animation won't work anymore.

I have problem with my button on the header section. I have regulamin on the bottom of home page. I give id css to this section as regulamin and in header button #regulamin. its work only when I am on home page. When I try to click on button on another site nothing happened.

This seems to be more like a caching issue not a theme one.
Try to clear/purge your caching plugin caches and clear your browser caches, this should help.
