My bullet journal theme for December was inspired by the holiday season and I also wanted to do some interactive spreads that I had never tried before! The process of making these spreads was a bit chaotic because I had no idea what I was doing the most of the time but I'm really happy how they turned out in the end. Whenever I made gingerbread houses, I wouldn’t eat them, so I used hot glue to stick the pieces together 😂

This is such a good example to show that we should trust the process! At first, I didn’t really like the page with the cut out of the window but in the end, I ended up loving that spread, too! 🥰🏡
Fun fact: I considered studying in Oulu so it’s interesting for me that you think of Oulu as a boring town 😅

I too have cut the plastic off of a ruler before too! 🤦🏼‍♀️
That is why I either don’t use the ruler any more, or I make sure to alway buy metal rulers now! Lol

What a gorgeous setup. I've made gingerbread houses 🏘 but we can't use them as decorations because we have an old house and mice can get in to nibble them.... sounds cute and fairytale but is really annoying 🤣

I really loved your video and how your setup turned out 😍 I think trusting the process is the best thing, even if it sometimes might not turn out the way you imagined, finding ways to go with it is such a helpful thing, also for other aspects in life. Sounds cheesy, right? 🤔
Also I really love your illustrations, they look so minimal and detailed at the same time and I find your use of colour really tasteful! 😊 Very inspiring and also so relaxing to watch your videos!
My absolute favorite Christmas movie is (that's how I would translate it) "three hazelnuts for Cinderella", a Czech movie from 1973. It also gives me nostalgic feelings, even though it's almost funny now to watch this super old movie. But I don't think there is an English version of it, probably only with subtitles.
Anyway, I can't wait to watch your upcoming videos, keep up the great work (and honestly, I think you really can trust your process and skills a lot more, you're doing amazing!) 🤗✨

I had a similar situation with my December cover because I was trying a few new things out and it just wasn't coming together as I had imagined it but it really is so important to trust the process because in the end things usually work out.
