Slang is still one of my favorite Def Leppard albums. Deep meaningful lyrics, smooth and soothing sound. Pure musical art.
Never ceases to amaze me..the depth and breadth of Joe's encyclopedic music knowledge is unmatched. Just fascinating to listen to him..he's like a kid in a candy store and is the genuine article.
Joe is such a great interview. His incredible knowledge of music and his enthusiasm for the future is contagious. I could listen to him talk all day. Any young musician should pay attention to what Joe has to say. Def Leppard is my all time favorite band and I hope they continue to put out new music and continue to tour.
Joe sure can talk lol that interviewer couldn't get a word in.
Joe is a great conversationalist and he always shines in interviews, he has an incredible memory, for names, data, anecdotes, it's wonderful to see him in interviews because he's the same, he doesn't pretend, he doesn't measure himself, but he never says anything inappropriate, because he is a gentleman I love the way he is.
It is a delight to listen to Joe speak, what an intelligent man, he is passionate when he talks about what he knows how to do, his music, I admire him and I love him deeply 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
Joe Elliot is a die-hard collector of all things music bordering on madness probably. Def Leppard's own vault is massive with so many gems safely tucked away that they will remain relevant for a very long time. He's very scholarly indeed.
Thanks to joe Elliot he helped massively in getting t.Rex into the rock hall of fame for that alone I’m eternally grateful.
I was never a die-hard DL fan. Yes, I bought the Pyromania and Hysteria CDs back in the day...in fact I'll put one or both CDs in my Sony 5 disk changer once in a while. BUT...I have to say that "Drastic Symphonies" has caught my attention 10 fold and I find myself constantly saying to anyone that will listen "have you heard Def Leppard with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra?!?!". WOW...I am blown away at how much I enjoy every song on this AWESOME collaboration!!!
Slang is one of my top 3 Leppard albums. Love it. So underrated.
To listen to Joe talking about what he loves is wonderful. He is a man with a passion and is always just being himself. I think he is the most charming man in the world!
As a Def Leppard fan, it’s so cool seeing Joe do podcasts/interviews and hearing details and stories you’ve never heard before. My parents took me to my first concert in 2005 and it was Def Leppard and Journey.
He was the man back in '83. Looks like he's held up well. They rocked hard back in the day. Gotta love it. Unta gleeben, glouben globin
World Class Interview :) Thank you!
He is so phenomenal. ❤
Joe is just so genuine and real. Forever a major hero of mine.
I regret not seeinng DF open for Ozzy. Peace Joe...keep rockn guys xoxo❤
Christ Almighty! Joe is such a sweetheart! I have huge crush on him. Such a passionate, shrewd and ardent person, his smouldering beauty goes from within. I'm struck dumb by his never-ending enthusiasm, pulsating approach and high octane energy. Joe is such an all-round singer. He feels music with every fibre of his body. The last but absolutely not the least. Joe is the sexiest man alive. He makes my pulse racing. Smokin' hot, I'm meltin'😍💋🔥
This is a great interview.
Great interview, I loved Slang!
