So do you all build them and sell them? or only sell parts in kits?

They are available as kits. As you can see, easy and quick to build :)

So there is no special training needed to build one, just follow the instructions that came with the kit? And what about getting it certified?

A final inspection once it's built to obtain the Airworthiness Certificate. Most builders have no prior aircraft building experience.

I was a complete beginner when I built mine, hadn't even seen a rivet let alone pulled one. And I did the whole thing without help from anyone who knew anything about airplanes. Which is all to say, if you follow the instructions and use the online community you can build it. Go on, give the rudder a try!
