Doesn't the Barcelona card have unlimited free travel by bus, metro, (airport-)train (as per the website). Why buy a separate subway card?

The T-casual for Zone 1, currently €11.35 online for 10 journeys looks to be way more value than the Hola Barcelona cards. Only advantage of the Hola, is it allows travel on the airport metro. I’m arriving into town from Madrid by rail and leaving by air but with a lot of luggage so will be taking the train from Sants Station. Even if I buy 20 journeys for 4 full days exploring, it’s still cheaper than the 48H Hola.
