Her singing takes you into a different realm, it feels like her voice is coming from another dimension and the girl is just a portal opening the way for that energy into our world. There's something tribal and ritualistic in her voice. Truly spellbinding
She had very difficult childhood, hardly abused by her mother. At age of 5( I think) she was taken to orphanage and afterwards in foster home. She got all care which she needed, but had speaking difficulties. Her foster mom took her to yodeling classes to help her , and that is how they discovered she can sing. And she started vocal classes. The result is what we see now:))) Maestro Krytoi helped her by buying an apartment for her and her mother.

She especially works on her higher register with a Vocal Coach, there are some Clips of her Lessons on CZcams. Actually there are many Videos of her Performances on CZcams (not all from the TV Show), she tries to sing in many Genres, Pop, Rock, Soul, these mysterious Folk type of Songs like Rechenka or Derniere Danse etc, Chansons, she can even Yodel like a Pro!

She was actually born May 31st 2003. Very rare unique and amazing. She's mastered the larynx and it's just the powerhouse definitely a contralto. She also sings in multiple languages. She only does covers. She deserves to make it big somebody needs to pick her up.

In spite of low register there is a rapid change between chest and head registers, especially prominent in native American type vocalize and after that. Do try "Rechenka", a traditional Russian folk song with a modern fairy tale - fantasy twist. I love it, it just works on so many levels! На примере двух песен невозможно составить более или менее полное представление о такой певице, а точнее, Артистке с большой буквы как Диана Анкудинова. Все каверы исполненные ею на этом телешоу абсолютно разные в любом смысле: жанр, вокал, техника, сценическое представление, эмоции, уникальность звучания, миры, создаваемые ею.
