You gotta love Nicholas Cage...he really does embody the spirit of Great Actors. I'm obviously a huge fan.. But seriously...he plays each character to the utmost of his ability...and it works
My boyfriend and I just watched Renfield at our local cinema last night, LOVED IT! I expected gorey, but not nearly as much as I got lol. But it was done right for the comedic effect, and ironically most people hearing about this movie always commented about Nicolas Cage- Where as I saw Nicholas Hoult starring, and was sold. I was introduced to him through the role R, in Warm Bodies? And sense then I've just enjoyed seeing the other things he's worked on. In this movie, some scenes were genuinely hard to watch because the emotion Nicholas Hoult conveys, was so real. Absolutely recommend it!!
Nicholas Hoult is VERY comedic, I actually cannot wait to see this flick because of HIM. Once you've seen Nicolas Cage in Valley Girl (amazing) and in The Color of Space (or something like that)...you KNOW that one has a lot of comedy in his veins.
Even as a kid, in About a Boy, his facial expressions and delivery are amazing. So sincere, sweet, and awkward. It’s great to see him and Cage together.
I think Nicholas hoult would make a great superman if casted. He's got that good boy look. His smile reminds me of a young Chris reeves and he's got crystal blue eyes like reeves too.
Just saw the movie tonight - it's a really good horror/comedy/action. I was laughing at the gore it was so good. Think like Shawn of the Dead. Nicholas Holt is a riot and really leads the film. Nicolas Cage steals his scenes and it's better than in the trailers. Awkwafina also shines. If this is your type of movie then you'll enjoy it. The action is pretty good too - no masks - you can see the faces of all the stunt people. Well done all.

I’ve always been the guy in my friend group that’s been the Nic Cage fan ;) Truly paid off as it always does. However, he still managed to surprise even me with this role. He was fantastic! Truly a weirdly great casting

You're such a good interviewer you often notice small things about their films that they seem to be proud of, but not many it any are brining up! You can see them light up as they talk about stuff. You ability too get so much out of people in a short amount of time is tremendous! Keep up tje great work!
The scene where the camara and stage light focus on Cage's eyes and leave the rest of the face on a shadow is reminiscent (stolen from if you will) from the original Dracula with Bella Lugosi!
