In this DCS World Simulator video @GrowlingSidewinder and I in the F22 Raptor trying to help 2 FA18 Hornets and 2 F15 Eagles to stop an incoming Russian strike. Thanks to GS for the help, Hope you guys enjoy!
I love playing simulators, I started with Arma 3 and then I saw DCS World. I also enjoy War Thunder , Battlefield , Ghost recon, Squad , Rome total war, Microsoft Flight Simulator and more. I also enjoy World War II games including il-2 In DCS World i found all the jets that i wanted to fly in a simulator the F 16 Viper , FA 18 Hornet , F 15 Eagle , A 10 Warthawg , SU 27 , Mig 29 , P 51 , Spitfire , AH 64 Apeche , Heuy and more... And if you will download MODs the options are endless: F 22 Raptor, SU 57 , A 4 Skyhawk , SR 71 Blackbird , Rafale, Gripen and the list goes on.

You really should have put your RWR on your right MFD. That would have increased your SA
It would make it a bit more convenient to listen to on headphones if you mixed the external sounds (engines) a bit lower. Right now that's all much louder than your dialogue, which means people have to constantly adjust volume as you cut from inside to outside and back.
You know it's a very serious fight when GS and LS aren't giggling.
Always a good day when you have a GS + Longshot video AND a cinematic.

@@damienmcmurray9786 Well one moderate scathing with ejection and the other unscathed but shaken up. How many Su-35's did they splash? Russia only has... 125-150 of them. They had to lose a large percentage of the entire Su-35 force in one engagement. Brutal.
Jesh guys! Actual goose bumps watching that. I feel like this is so much better than what Hollywood can produce because of the realism that you get from DCS and the stress in your voices isn't acting! Plus your imagination stitching it together. Very nice.

That was brutal. Those SU-35's are far more dangerous than i expected. Five Allied losses to seven bandits is far worse than i assumed would be the case before the engagement began. I expected the F-18's to struggle but i thought the F-15's to at least get at the bombers. I also didn't expect Longshot to lose an F-22. Live and learn i guess. 😊
It's a sim. The SU35 wouldnt stand a chance against an f22
SU-35 is a spectacular jet. It gets overlooked because of cooler Gen5 stuff but, it's one of the best, non Gen5, aircraft in the skys.

I don't care how stealthy a plane is, if you are showing the whole flat side of your plane to a radar guided missile at point blank range, it's not going to miss. I feel like this isn't well modeled in DCS.
Edit: As many have pointed out, this is a mod, this isn't EDs fault and I completely agree.

Also, a Russian developed game. No way the SU-35 fires first at that distance. Especially, if you were in the new Raptors.
DCS models RCS as one value that doesn’t change on aspect.

@@UhhhhhnooOOo00oO Russian developed game, but of everything you have seen in this video, onlt the AMRAAM/C are actually modeled by the game, everything else is modelled via mods added by 3rd tier parties to the game.
Absolutely electric action. You can feel the tension dripping out of every word. The viewer is sitting at the edge of their seat gripping their armrest as you chase down those bombers before their unleash their payload, then deal with SU 35 bogies coming from all directions. The cinematics are incredible as the Raptors take on the savage hoard attacking the ramparts. Great job guys and please let's see more of this spectacle!

Its absolutely amazing, with the publicly released information to work with, how effective the stealth coating is on the F-22, against missiles. There were several near misses on you both that really seemed chalked up to the missile just not clearly seeing the aircraft then from defensive maneuvers or chaff/flares. Truly a tide changer when the Raptor enters the battlefield.
it's ridiculous. If an R-77 would go pitbull on a 3m² target at around 15km, then it should be able to track a 0.0001m² target (very generous) at 1km. If the missile speed is Mach 1,5, it gives the missile 2s to turn into the target, 2 seconds is huge. In no way that missile goes stupid into mountains without slightest reaction.
I read from an F15 pilot that they literally cannot lock onto an F22 even when it’s directly in front on them at guns range. It’s that stealthy. The only usable weapons would be IR/camera based seekers.

You’re assuming proportionality in how the seekers work. I don’t think it’s that simple as far as distance and RCS size. I read from an F15 pilot that they cannot lock onto an F22 when it’s directly in front of them at guns range. Only IR/camera based seekers would work at that point.
@@keirfarnum6811 USAF F-16 Avionics guy here. This is factually incorrect. An F-16 certainly can, given the parameters you've given. I'd be absolutely dumbfounded if the F-15 was unable to. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that this is a ridiculous statement.

First of all, EXCELLENT opening cinematic. Second, that was one of the most thrilling fights I've seen on DCS CZcams. You and GS are killing it with the quality of your videos. There are maybe one or two other CZcamsrs putting out the kind of stuff you guys are. Frankly, most of what I see out there is garbage in comparison.

Watching the raptors fly in after the intensity of the opening cinematic gave me goosebumps. You just know everything is about to go next level at that point.

You need to watch LS shoot down GS in an F22 twice in a row in a dual with a Su-35 recently. LS came back to claim the overall, but LS can drive a 35!

As hot as the F-22 is, I can't wait to see what the NGADs can do!!! My guess is an armed forward observer to guide in missiles from something like an F-15EX that does triangulation between an AWACS, the "Echo X-ray", and the target.
Most entertaining part is when they are grunting and straining like their actually feeling the g’s 🤣

That opening cinematic was amazing. Goes to show that computer generated imagery that ties to keep itself firmly grounded in the rules of the physical world will always present itself better than unadulterated auction that i stied tied to the soundtrack is modern filmmaking.

Beautiful. I'd love to see more stealth content with you and GS. Mission idea: 2 ship flight of F22s, stealth infiltration of enemy airspace, take out their AWACS before you get intercepted. Bonus challenge: Flight of Su-57s on scramble once you bring the AWACS down.
