To take chat seriously for a second, the Striker actually is a good shotgun. It does the most damage per shot until the other two get their exclusives, and thanks to its fire rate and never needing to reload it still has the best DPS. On lower difficulties where ammo conservation is not as important it's arguably the best of the three.
