For the 5th anniversary of the release of This Means War, I decided that this time, it was my turn to be remixed. I did a lot of remixes for other artists (Electric Dragon, Stilz, The Algorithm, Irving Force, Gloom Influx, Gör Flsh, Powernerd, Knightbots, Boucle Infinie and more...), but never had my own music remixed by others. The first part of this track needed an electric guitar cover. Glad to see one finally.
This is under-sold as just a mere remix, it's a full guitar remake and it's bloody amazing! Volkor-X really needs to be heard by more people into Metal / Psych / Prog / Post rock etc and really deserves to be huge!

For the rest, yeah it's hard to reach a more electric audience when most people label you as electronic. But we'll get there!

This one hits different, and unfortunately not in a good way to me. The soundtrack feels so muted where the focus is ...distorted bass?
9:29 and onward still a banger, but it doesn't compare well with the original. I would have thought Feather would have capitalized on this, but maybe I'm speaking of a different feather.
I hear you. The idea behind this was to have an almost live sounding electric version of a track that is still very electronic in nature. It's probably not for everybody, but I love the result!
