Writing from a Jewish perspective, I agree with this man's logic -- the destruction of the Temple was just too enormous an event, especially for a messianic movement, to not have written a word about it anywhere! This says all these books of the Christian bible were logically written before the destruction of the Temple. Also, as he mentioned, why wasn't Paul's death mentioned -- Acts closes with him preaching the gospel "unhindered." How could that be after Rome murdered and exiled so many Jews?

Luke had second hand information about Jesus Christ and a big portion of Acts, the Bible isn't hiding these. Yet, he was written to a government servant of high position, and it's a severe crime to lie intentionally. Those who said the 27 volumes of the New Testament were definitely written after 1st century have attitude problems.

Papias also mentions that Matthew wrote down a collection of Jesus' "sayings", originally in Hebrew, that was known in the early church. This was probably the precursor to his own gospel and something that Mark and Peter would have been aware of. The idea that Matthew took a year and "wrote a book" is not particularly accurate, and reflects more modern thinking about how books are written. It is likely that Matthew did take notes during Jesus' ministry and that he developed his narrative over the course of several years, probably with the input of his fellow disciples and other eyewitnesses that he had access to in Jerusalem

Even segments of Matthew or Mark were found among the Dead Sea Scrolls hidden before 68 AD. (within 1 full generation of Jesus' Passion).

That's faulty reasoning. The gospels don't have to be written at the time of the events, they are written under direction of Holy Spirit that guarantees accuracy. Moses wrote the first five books of the Bible and he wasn't born until 1593 BCE, long after the events in Genesis happened, God doesn't use liars to record events!
