Being on top means one has the ability to choose rather than simply settle. These top graduates choose the paths they want to pursue. They work hard and rightfully deserve to be in a position to be able to have options to choose from.
Above all points, India is still a free country. One can graduate from IIT, then choose what they want to do (free will). They can choose an IIM, then choose whatever they want to do with their (well earned and deserved) qualifications or not to (free will).

For me person like me who failed in his physics nd chemistry of 11th standard studied from state board 5-6 reappers in graduation 2 times detained due to attendance 😂😂😅😅 from sadak chap college jab asia baccha Rbi grade B bnega then that would big thing 😂😂😅 but unfortunately asia koi candidate select nhi hoga 😂😂😅😅😅

Bhai yeh IIT wale alag hi hote hai. Maine khud apne JEE preparation me dekha hai. Jinhone IIT top kiye unke sath hi baitha tha. Baki class jo sawal mein 5 min lahate yeh log 1 min se bhi kam mein khatam karte hai. 😅 Yeh log Bachpan se hi yeh log bohut intelligent hote hai. And another thing is they are God gifted ( haa yeh baat sach hai chahe jitne bhi log bole ki woh log pehle aise nhi the fir baad mein unhone mehnat kiya hai) 😂😂 naa ke barabar hi IIT wale ese hai jinka poore life mein kabhi bhi academic record kharab raha ho. 😂😂 They are literally born with outstanding capabilities than other students. Harsh truth.
