Rakesh Bhai.. bura mat manna. But esi chutiya baat karoge toh Naa IIT-IIM niklega. Na hi RBI Grade B.
IIT IIM educational institutions hain and RBI Grade B ek service hai.
Never knew that how it will benefit him in RBI. Iit and iim transform you not only in academics but in many things. Its good RBI has great minds in their future❤
Kyu good minds grade b meh kaam nahi kar sakte kya. RBI is one of the most important institutions in the country. MNC company meh manager hone se acha toh Desh ki sewa hi kar raha hai na, foreign toh nahi bhag Raha. IIM management sikhata hai and management Inka kaam hoga.

Govt job aura, people graduate from top engineering and MBA colleges but don't get job security in corporate. After 40, future looks doubtful.

Why not? He serves at one of the top institutions in the country which is very important for the country's future and his efforts will impact billions rather than enrich himself and the top few billionaires.
That alone is the best reason and more than enough. Highest paying govt job and excellent work life balance.
Not a bad decision, but in fact a well thought decision. Not everything is about money and all the glitters. Investment banking and RBI is incomparable, both are very different career path. In the end everything comes down to personal choice considering long run and peace of mind.
Even if someone chooses to become farmer after attending iit Or iim, no one have the right to doubt his or her choices, because as you grow you realize what is most important to you in the long run and that money is not only asset but things like purpose, work life balance, family, peace of mind, pursuing hobby as well are counted as assets.
And again It's not a waste of seat because whatever knowledge and experience the person has gathered is going to reflect in whatever he or she chooses to pursue further!
