Honestly, I was so relieved the way that ended, because I knew that Washington are normally good in the shootouts and the Canucks aren't. I just expected the inevitable to happen and just out of nowhere!! The Heavens above decided to favor Vancouver once again lol.

The Canucks forced the Caps to make the same type of crucial mistake in OT that have plagued the Canucks for the last few years, that's how I know the Canucks have bought into Tochett's system. Although there have been lapses (Meyers), I've never seen the Canucks clear the puck safely off the glass so often, at least not since the old dead puck era.

Capitals once again cop the butt end of a referee decision. Been absolutely brutal this season. Why that play was stopped in the last minute if OT is beyond me. Caps had possession too
