    - Green chilly (Hari Mirch)
    - Curry leaves
    - Ginger (Adrak)
    - Hing

    - Red chilly powder (Laal Mirch powder)
    - Dhaniya powder
    - Jeera powder
    - Roasted peanut powder (Singdana)
    - Coriander leaves (Hara Dhaniya )
    - Salt
