Loved the way you cooked madam, exactly the way we cook in coastal Karnataka region,😊.Only thing is we add fresh grated coconut last. Usually palak we make curry.But if make sabji of leafy vegetables we add red chillies. Even sometimes without tadka, Only chopped leafy vegetables, onion,curry leaves,salt, lastly grated fresh coconut. Such a simple and beautiful presentation like you madam 🙏🥰

Agree- in any green leaf vegetable, I skip onions. Minimalist bengali style cookings skips onions in many stir frys and dalna.
