Yes this offer just killed it for brand new f2p players. Good catch up offer if people can afford it. But this might actually disuad new people from even starting the game. Makes me wonder about $copley and their plans for the future. But thanks for the content as always.

If you don't have the characters unlocked that it says it'll upgrade for you, does it unlock the characters for you as well as bring them up - or does it only bring up the characters you have currently unlocked? I have them all, I'm just curious.

if I am level 60 right now, would it still be worth buying the level 85 offer? (once able to buy it)? I really don't have many teams built up, and the top 100 in my arena are pretty high so I wouldn't be able to top arena, but I feel like it would be worth it just for the characters alone, but I'm not sure
That depends on what you would get and if you have any of the characters leveled at all. To go from 1-80 on a character is 7.7 million gold not including the training materials

The thing that always keeps me ftp though is the cost of these offers and power creep. For that kind of money I can get a Nintendo switch. And then newer games, which won't be bugged, are about $60 for the newer more popular titles. Granted, latest PS and Xbox consoles are about 500+ and the latest popular titles are between 60 and 80 each. But again no bugs. No power creep either. I know mobile gaming is more expensive but I have to ask myself why? Especially with so many bugs. And reoccurring bugs too. This is still looking like the best value in the game currently. Shame it really applies mainly to newer players and will put newer ftp players in a hopeless disadvantage. Glad I started long again as ftp. I'd still be willing to spend money on this game if there was an offer of lasting value though.
you can buy the 25 but then until you are high enough level cant buy the level 80 one until i think lvl 65? or you can just buy them all and spend over $300 right away
@@ItsAlwaysGrimm the old account shard for arena will be ahead of you and level 57 isn’t much actually. A new account will be a fresh shard and with time heist allows you to zoom way past everyone else do well in arena from start and get lots of cores and arena credits
No this is literally the only way newer whales can catch up to older whales. If you play the game then you will know g15 phoenix is nowhere near a g15 goblin. They are basically paying for outdated toons and make it easier to join war and crucible. None of these toons will work on high level raids atm but you will have a lot of teams as jobbers in war and crucible.

If you do more than 3-4 things to characters past the threshold where it shares it to Alliance chat, it stops sharing it to the chat anyway.
