There’s no denying the seductive appeal of the newest ‘Stang, which in GT form comes with a new, fourth-generation 5.0-liter V8. Sharp, crisp sheetmetal and an extensively revised technology suite join the party, as well as a few performance doodads that split the difference between genius and gimmick. While the new GT is now the mid-level model in the non-Shelby Mustang lineup - slotting between the four-cylinder EcoBoost and the high-performance Dark Horse - it still offers some pretty exciting driving dynamics and a god-tier exhaust note to give pony car fans plenty of new stories to tell.

Your comments on the interior design is spot on. Is why my S550 with the digital gauge cluster (401a option) is the perfect blending of iconic design & modern flair. Combined with performance active exhaust. I have fallen back in love with my 2019 GT vert.

I’m currently torn between the Z4 and the mustang you tested, except I’d go magnaride as well. Curious what your thoughts are as a Z4 owner, would you trade the rawness of the Z4 for the creature comforts and practicality of the mustang you test drove?? Thanks in advance for your time!!!

The 12 speaker system needs to be offered in the GT .
It is if you get the B&O speakers
so you are no getting best parts because ford assumes you are getting aftermarket mods?
so why Ford charges arm and leg ?
Another problem I see is that the wheels on the 5.0 dont fit.
They looked too small for the car. It needs cobra wheels. That's why I don't understand that mustang puts wheels that are too small for the car.
I'll have to fix the exhaust if I buy one.
I'll have to remove the Catalytic converters.
Then I'll have to add an H pipe.
Then do The original old school flow master 40 series. On a 6 speed .
To see if I can get back that original Fox body sound that I miss.
God I missed my fox body I had in high school.😢

It's the year 2023, and Ford still requires the driver to turn a dopey plastic handle to open the convertible top. Really??? The Camaro is fully electric.
