Thank you so much for this video! I have the Nama and I often get the "wobbles" and I think it's because the auger always ends up with a ton of fibers wrapped in it from the greens. I also get a lot of foam when juicing my kale. This video was absolutely perfect! Thank you!

Kristina, you inspire me so much!!! I was born with a rare pre existing condition, and since I’ve become vegan in May of 2020, I’ve had so many health benefits from eating this way! I juice here and there and I love the feeling I get from it, but I’m very much a beginner as far as incorporating other types of raw meals. This was an EXCELLENT video.
My main tip would be to not drink too much too soon. Drink 100ml a day for a week. Then 200ml a day. Then increase the amount gradually. If you drink 500ml immediately...you will regret it. Unless you're trying to clean your colon...

Good tips. There’s a huge diff in juicers. Bought a Nama juicer and it’s so much better than my previous centrifugal juicer. Kristina is telling the truth.

Hint. I juice the lemon first then apples. So they won’t turn brown. I cut them as I juice. They oxidize if you leave them precut

My worms don't like citrus or ginger so I always juice these first to remove the pulp. Then I follow your tips Kristina, because my worms love the pulp from everything else.

Hi there I have to humbling disagree. I love juicing Kiwi and carrots it's fantastic in my juice 😋 as you already stated the Nama yields more juice then the others out there, and it does! The juice and benefits from kiwi is something kinda wonderful. I have a Nama 5800 I never have an issues. And for anyone reading this....the best advice here wash your juicer immediately after. Juice what your heart feels except for 🍌. I definitely peel and mix everything!! it's wonderful to taste and fun to explore! Enjoy!! 😉
Raw diet? I here about that a while ago! My question is from where you got the proteins? I know the carbohydrates comes from the sugars of the fruit and the calories and a really good source of vitamins and minerals,nutrients
There is protein in fruits vegetables nuts and seeds. If you eat enough calories you will get enough protein unless you’re a bodybuilder or something. Kristina has a video on protein. There are also raw sprouted protein powders like SunWarrior if you want to add more protein to your diet.

So I tried sorbet in my Nama yesterday for the first time and now I can’t get the hopper lid off. I have watched help videos and still no luck. Any tips?
It might be jammed from excess pulp. The instructions say to run the juicer in reverse for a little bit and then run the typical way - should relieve it a bit. I also turn off the power and try to take out some of the pulp. Good luck!
So I never got it apart despite the great help; however, Nama was quick to send a replacement and it will arrive tomorrow!
How can I find safe clean blue Spirulina powder? I just did some research and it is not easy, because many brands import the product from China. Is there a way to find out if the Chinese sourced powder is safe to eat?

Get Hawaiian sourced or use blue butterfly pea powder. It's also blue. Really if you want to use spirulina, just use the usual blue-green. If you just want it for the colour. then get blue butterfly pea powder.

I did a blueberry, apple and carrot juice and it was great. I did notice a lot of pulp with the blueberries.

Does your nama “wiggle” a bit? Is it Normal?
That’s a very good question. My Nama wiggles a bit too.
If you cut it up better it won’t wiggle. If you don’t the fiber ends up getting stuck underneath and it causes the wobble, but it doesn’t hurt or ruin anything. When that happens tho it does make a small amount of juice go under it so you have to wash off the base part after you take everything off

So here is the thing....if you want to know how fruit juice effects your body just measure your blood sugar after it, instead of just blindly following someone. I have, and now not only I don't juice fruits anymore, I hardly ever eat it. But we all different and have different health issues, so experiment and see for yourself.
Juices are mixed with vegetables. So you are saying you dont eat fruits anymore because they raise your sugar level?? 🤣🤣 Is good sugar and we need it coz it changes in energy. I am sure you eat a lot of junk!! Good for your health!! Stop being an hater!!
