- In this video, I take a look at the 10W+ Diode laser from Endurance Laser. I give you an overview of the laser and then compare it to the 10W version that I've been using up until now.
Check out the 10W+ Laser on the Endurance website: endurancelasers.com/diode-las...

great stuff on this endurance laser! thx!
like to see more of your cnc mill conversion
There will be more, just be patient
i think your problem of cutting along x axis is due to main wood fiber direction - at 11:52 , 10w+ not cut got the same problem - ?
thank you for your video !
will it help if mounting the laser head not 90 deg but somehow in 45 deg with a specific bracket so the beam shape will compensate at least when square cuts ?
i am planning to attach a laser head on my cnc router as diy, would you recommend the 10w+ ? thank you.
This might work for very thin parts (provided they are perfectly flat), but with any thickness, your cuts won't be square, plus any deviation in thickness will shift your cuts to the side.
@@DarkArtGuitars thank you for your answer, in the question i didn't mean tilting the laser but twisting it at 45 degrees so the beam's rectangular shape will be 45deg not square to x/y axis. as i've seen in it's original position cuts one axis deeper than the other due to it's rectangular shape. could you give it a try in 45 deg position to see if will help cutting equally deep in both direction ? thank you.
My thoughts on endurance lasers: send them a e-mail asking for the info needed to hook up to my cnc. they say send them the manual to my cnc. I thought that it would be for them to point me in the right direction on connecting. then i sent them the info. think i got a reply? NOPE not a single one. after 3rd week went by i bought a Jtech 7w they replyed with useful info. this CZcams post requires more effort then what endurance lasers will give you.
Let me ask, can you cut aluminum???
No, it can not.
These are cool products but at that price you are starting to get into CO2 laser range. Probably more than a k40 but less than a bigger one. So, maybe a case for large format stuff that doesn't need the power of CO2 but not really a case for small format.
are you high?, for the price i can get a K40 CO2 laser can cut deeper and way faster :D
Isn't that from that Russian scammer who tried to mess with Michael?
yes, i think its his laser
Can you explain more
what Russian scammer?,it's all a Scam if the Diode laser cost more than CO2 laser machine, just think its cheaper to get a K40 CO2 laser CNC than to get that thing.
