If you have enough Probable Cause ( physical evidence, beyond strong Reasonable Suspicion she is the only one in the word who would do it….), (#1) have a Police Report made by GOING to the nearest precinct where you live (#2) If you have this type of Probable Cause info, ask to have an Order of Protection (has more severe consequences than a weak, Restraining Order) (3) ask to have a Warrant for her arrest made for Vandalism/Destruction of Property. If the amount of the damage is above a certain amount, if could be a Felony *Before you do any of this, ensure you have her; Full name, Date of birth and Home or Work Address. I remember when some narcissist told me that if I wouldn't do something that she wanted - I'm not a man. And if you analyze this, you'll find out that is a toxic form of a man. Being passive & subtle is often a sign of inadequacy to lead. A fatherly mentality is the peak existence for a man whether non married or childless. Even God Himself warns of the consequences of provoking Him to ride out in anger & loud peals of thunder that humble all in His presence. A male lion is literally meant to roar & roar louder than the females. A loud woman is actually showing masculine energy hence the why its so unfitting in a woman who should be showing daughterly, wifely, & motherly character(none of those stages being loud & manipulative).
A baby girl can be naturally free & loud but a baby isnt daughterly by nature...theyre simply innocent & in need of knowing what the attributes of their path & nature are at the appropriate time hence their loud childish screams & laughs are a joy until they understand right from wrong.
As she learns to respect the parents who love & provide for her, she becomes daughterly in so submitting to the fatherly ways that impart correction. Sometimes, this involves overly sharing & having long intimate talks revealing personal information that can be used against you. That vulnerability in being transparent towards an intellectual goal w/o fear of consequence is EXTREMELY masculine not unlike a man who isnt afraid to take of his shirt whether he has scars, muscles, or fat.
Poking fun at him & using his past mistakes against him isnt going to destroy him having already gotten over such infantile things via being an emotional child who grew into a mentally sharp man. Sometimes its for the man & no other being to impart fairness & harsh lessons acting as a judge over narcissist women. That means sometimes it is for a man to intellectually insult & dish out what she delivered so that she understands again how it feels to be treated as one treats others.
Its not per say our job to teach any adult as though they are a child, but the same way a husbandly man is called to GROOM his woman into a wifely woman(hence the term bridegroom), so is he equipped to rightly divide female character & imparting such truths to egoistic women is both insightful & like light in the face of a vampire. How Kevin Samuels handled educating women is a perfect example.
We are free to retreat or stand our ground when we've had enough just like they are as adults unlike when we are dealing w/ our children who must endure the entire rebuke even as we must face the stress of such situations until its full conclusion(until they are no longer in our custody as kids or become adults). Still. our goal isnt to find & conform to any man-made blueprint of how a man should act based on the ideals of men.
The female equivalent of that is how women will redefine what a wife is all the while having no idea let alone not holding to common sense as to answer simple questions like "what is a woman?". Instead, its for a man to look at the world & the past as to come to understand the greater duty of mankind as a whole which is to LOVE our fellow man aka to reject the path of selfishness even as God, Creator of man & woman, has instructed.
The same way women are greater assets when they respect the role of men above them the way a child should respect adults above them, so is it man's job to perceive God & submit to His order whether via reading the bible or simply observing the laws written within our conscience & observance of creation & history(as not to repeat mistakes of history).
Having already chose a path that requires us to deny ourselves & lead our flesh to submit to our renewed mentalities, we are already trained in the art of defeating disorder in rebellious children or a Jezebel woman(who fears the fire of Elijah spirited men come to restore order w/ authority). Not unlike men in war defeating a great enemy, sometimes the absolute best thing we can do is verbally cut a woman down into pieces so small she will forever rethink challenging a man ever again.
It may not work 100% of the time, but humbling a person w/ masculine consequence tends to be the only true way to sustain order within a sense of justice enforced by masculine heads equipped w/ authority. Keeping & sustaining the peace is generally our MO but not unlike a good police officer, or a great dad, we still find times when raising one's voice w/ sharp rebukes are the most masculine thing we can do short of physically enforcing our power within reason.
The same way the beginning of wisdom biblically is to first fear God due to His wrath against all of our sin which makes us His enemies(enemies destined to lose guaranteed), likewise upholding levels of such fear of harsh masculine consequence is mandatory to TRULY shut down a jezebel who otherwise may not ever give up, especially when she can outnumber you hoping to enforce a new brand of fear(fear of the woke mob primarily made of individual cowards who cant defend an argument nor a fight on their own).
When one truly realizes that modern women are the least accountable human beings among man, woman, & child in the west, it becomes clear as to why things have gotten so bad & continue to get worst. However, with fear of masculine consequence comes order not unlike Batman choosing to incite fear in the villains he is uniquely equipped to defeat despite them outnumbering him & being masters in manipulation while seeking to enforce social disorder.

Without watching the entire video, I have to disagree, and believing a sigma male would never intentionally want to lower a woman’s ego, especially for their own gain. We just don’t do that, and want the best for everyone we care for. Maybe a sigma who is confused will give into the societal norms of dating, and behaving as a disrespectful narcissistic, or someone trying to boost their own ego. I’m a sigma male through and through, with a fiancé, who is much dryer and colder than I am, and I only wish you make her more comfortable with who she is as a person.
