Dunkin Donuts - Polymer Clay Doughnut Tutorial

- Showing you how to make a dozen miniature donuts and a box. I made the donuts from polymer clay & the box from white card stock paper (thicker than computer paper).

Here are the donuts I made:
• Chocolate frosting with sprinkles
• Vanilla frosting with sprinkles
• Strawberry frosting with sprinkles
• Oreo topping on chocolate & vanilla frosting
• Marbled chocolate & vanilla frosting
• Powdered donuts / doughnuts
You can turn these doughnuts into rings, pendants, earrings or a necklace by adding a headpin or an eyepin.
This is REALLY nice, so far, and always will be, you are the MOST best polymer clay maker EVER on CZcams! You always have great ideas so thank you for letting me use these PERFECT ideas !

Question, how do you know when to use clay and mineral oil versus paint and fimo gel or chalk pastels and TLS for frostings/syrups?

Hi toni i was wondering do you think tht if u put a little of lemon drips of juice into the clay for a lemon scent tht when you bake it it will smell like lemon??? Or will ur oven like explode or not even work??

Can you bake the donuts with the frosting on the top (like oil and acrylic paint mixed) because I thought it would burn off or something?
So, do you bake the donuts after it's totally finished? Or do you bake it step by step for example, make the base of the donut..bake...make the icing and add sprinkles...bake?

Instead of the fimo gel could you use a glue stick? Like dig a bit out and mix with paint?

If you mix clay and baby oil to make the frosting, can you bake it or do you bake the donuts first & then but the frosting on?
You go above and beyond when it comes to clay sculptures. My stuff never looks like yours though-_- what did you use for the Oreo topping and the powdered donuts?
