I really hope Unturned 2 gets finished.
I wish single player progression got a rework since there was no point in getting heavy weapons like snipers against zombies,
More NPC quests would be cool or some... lore I suppose.
Also maybe an Arena rework would be cool.

Unturned is probably the most misunderstood game ever made, people look at Unturned and immediately think "ah shit graphics" or "Minecraft with guns" even though it has it's own lore, history and community that you could argue is far more complex than most Triple-A games, either way Unturned still competes with Triple-A games and wins sometimes.

Me and my friends simply got shot too many times on Russia; too many skills lost, too many kits lost, too many lives lost. After enough lies, we stopped asking if we thought the man we saw was friendly, and instead started asking how we would kill them.

I remember when there was only one map PEI (I think) and they had a radio tower with a flashing red light which made a Morse code for mapleleaf which if you put that into the steam beta section allowed you to go into an early access of the next update, was really creative and wished games did more of this

I have been playing unturned since Roblox. 3,274.5 hours. Frankly, it's gotten to a point where I'm proud of how much of my like I've put into it. I first really got into it after goldgloveTV made a video about it. And I just stayed with it. After a while, I stopped playing, and then I come back. All the time. It's amazing the creativity of the players on the platform. This game is my childhood. And I'm glad it wasn't tossed into the trash, and still, it's being worked on.

Aww man now I'm thinking about browser game days, when it first left Roblox and became its own website. Even then, slow glitchy and barely functioning, you could see the great potential. I had so many good interactions with people despite no chat or voip. To see how far its come is amazing.

As someone who doesn't reside in the North America, or Europe for that matter, I found it very hard to play in PVP servers due to lagging. So, I almost always played PVE, singleplayer. It used to be fun UNTIL you get enough resources and set up your base. What then? What I really would've loved if there were some sort of survival mode where the zombies would track down your location and attack your base at night. That would've made things lots of better, same thing with some bot-humans who'd attack you. They don't have to be smart, just, be there to make the world feel a bit alive and PVP-like.
(And, before you say it, no, I don't/didn't have friends with whom I could play in custom servers where lag wouldn't be an issue). I'm not sure if things that I've mentioned got included in the game or not, because, I used to play it years ago.
But yes, I surely did enjoy my time scavenging and running sh*tless from the zombies and diving into the sea to avoid them lol

I usually crave a vanilla experience in unturned, with a desire to bend the world to my will with stuff like zone generators. I remember being on a Washington server where I kept to myself, made water barrel stations on the map as unofficial player markers, and even became a sponsor/Daimyo of a random player gang after housing/feeding them when their base was blown up by rivals. Been trying to get some friends who are on a DayZ kick to play it so they can try a Yokon server that from what I've seen fits their/my sensibilities better.
Thank you for reading my comment.

Just recently I started playing again but none of my friends play it. i followed nelson since his roblox games. he had a couple great games on roblox like battlefield, deadzone, and there was a survival one he was working on (cant remember the name rn.) his work on roblox was lightyears ahead of any of the other popular roblox developers. idk exactly what happened, but the reason he started working on unturned and left roblox was because he got banned from roblox. i dont remember details but roblox basically drove him off the platform and deleted all his games. so happy he found success still with unturned, playing it in 2.0 with my friends is a cherished memory ill have forever
