They have not test whether this is the wheat ingestion or the gluten and the test is at imole. But this is still confusing regarding the tight junction dysregulation
Additionally we don’t know if dysbiodis is a consequence or cause. If the patients get better eating wheat in Europe that supports my hypothesis and not the gluten one
Subtiles in english please !!
I couldn't understand a word he said.
And so on and so forth
@@Katherine-jl3ey i understood it all

@@nickkrug8157 Thank you for posting that. I needed to hear this.
What do you call an Italian at Harvard? Lost. LOL
Don't worry about understanding him. He is wrong. The only thing he is right is about Zonulin. He is totally wrong about gluten. Wheat has Fructans, Amylopectins A, B and C, high energetic components, used by fungi (hyphas) in Mycobiome, when there's lack of competition by the Microbiome, due recent decades of antibiotic consumption. Mahmoud Ghannoum, PhD. The dysbiosis is the problem.
he literally says that gluten intolerance is not a problem for everybody, and only those with a genetic predisposition to it
Wow... your criminally ignorant !!!! There are now more articles about gluten issues than any other subject !!
@@shawankumar5020 Ive been in the medical world 35 years... EVERYONE is have issues with gluten from Wheat . barley , rye , and more many oats...
