Hi I’ve been watching several of your videos recently & I was wondering if I connect with a recruiter on LinkedIn but they only accept the invite & don’t look at the message should I resend the message? Or if they have an email on their page can I email them?
Thanks so much for watching! Great question. Totally OK to resend the message after they accept your connection request. Speaking from my own experience, sometimes I miss the message because I accept the request to connect too quickly within the mobile app and don't even see it. Also, recognize that recruiters get inundated with messages/emails so sometimes your message just gets lost. Polite persistence wins over no action at all :)
