Mini zs are great fun. Got my first one 20 years ago ( it's outdated & just sits on the shelf these days) & recently bought one of those blue skylines to fang around the kitchen & garage. I still suck at drifting but I can spend hours just enjoying it
This is my first comment and I just want to say you guys are great. You do really detailed reviews and open and honest. I follow kevin talbot and his videos and yours are right up there with him in my opinion

I set up a simple drivers test for my girl recently. Just a standard drivers test it had 90° backing and parallel parking with the cones. She failed miserably should of bet the dishes!😂
Mini-z are awesome. I had one of the first AWD years ago. Currently have the 4wd buggy and it's really fun indoors.

Do you have a gyro in yours? I just got a AWD mini and ordered a gyro wondering if it's a waste with AWD?
@@tmar352 it’s a waste with AWD. This dude is talking about the 4x4 buggy tho.
@@thegarf5677 I put the gyro in the all-wheel drive and it did help. Turn it on 1/4 not even and it drifts alot better

Rwd mini z can’t drift, they don’t have the steering angle for it

@@tudorturcu1631 don’t, they don’t drift. They spin straight out because they don’t have the angle for it. Look up the xrx dpa. It’s a 1/28 scale that uses mini z bodies but it behaves like 1/10

@@tudorturcu1631 separate unit, comes with the kit though. Comes with everything but the radio, body, and wheels. Hopefully you can build and solder
