@@SRNF no those are the planets its just that you can go through them if you dont touch the loading trigger.
If you want to recover The rovers you can attach a winch to the train and then use it to pull the rovers back down
Well they have to use just one of those pieces that aren’t a engine so it doesn’t go fast so it doesn’t break the winch away
But how arethey gonna get their rover's back only intern's rover can get back but blitz's rover. Nah bc its in orbit and too far to get to

blitz awesome content, by the way there is currently a glitch that allows to travel by rail to another planet, how to do it both players need to place tracks at the same time on different planets,

Fun fact: by attaching thrusters to the back of a rover, you can pilot it like a rocket through space and actually land on other planets. Not sure why you would ever do this when you could just use a rocket, but it’s cool that you have the option. I think you might even be able to reach the sun base but I’m not sure
Pro tip. Next time you get stuck in orbit use the rover’s seat to get around. You can place it everywhere and just keep teleporting to it to sit down and repeat
You can attach a rocket thruster to a large rover and it works
I used some hydrazine thrusters on a large rover, controlling their movement with button repeaters, but when I aimed for desolo I was teleported to vesania.
It was very wierd
Vesania is the failsafe in astroneer, if the game has difficulty transitioning from one planet to another you will be teleported to vesania

Even if you paused the movement of the planets in creative to make a land bridge, it wouldn't work
i tried it myself trust me
@@presentrama yeah the planet wouldn't load unless you land on it with a rocket

@Blitz you can do this simply by putting hydrazine thrusters on the storage places and activating them.

I went to space once and had a space base and had to use storage platforms to reorient my gravity for my character
And it was pretty fun
Don't know if it still works but it used to and I had a whole space shelter with ground made of platform in order me for to walk
And if you attach jets to something you can sorta get it to fly in space

It’s not hard, use a rover with paver and drill. It’s easy to do this, about the planet part it’s difficult but not that hard

This is precisely why the winch exists, use it to get the trucks back.
Fun fact: you can turn the river by using wasd. W being pitching down, S is pitching up, a is roll left, D is roll right, after that you can just use the C and V keys to toggle the engines that you can put on the front and back of the rover

the planets you see arent real but the physical planets are in a line at the poles so if you could somehow build between the poles of 2 planets (the one you going to will be invisible until you get into its gravity) you might be able to put trains between planets but i think you cant build past a certain height or something

me and my friend made two massive arches similar to this around the entire planet lmao, they even went down to the core
These astronomer video is what inspired me to get the overachiever skin. It also inspired me to far surpass your amount of astronium by automating it. So now I have a large resource can full of astronium

Guess it's time to build a Halo around a planet with a train that goes all the way around. Maybe you could place solar panels next to the rail posts so that you constantly have solar power for a planet that doesn't already have a solid power system?
Just did this for Novus, and it was fairly quick and easy. Made a bunch of solar arrays on Sylva and flew them to Novus. It took 5 refills of the large rover carrying 3 medium soil containers to go all the way around the planet, and then I placed a solar array next to every 8 rail posts or so. I never run out of power on Novus now and I'm not using any rtg's there. I mainly just use 3 research chambers to constantly research methane from one atmospheric condenser for a constant byte income. Placing my landing pad up high helps me see through the thick clouds when approaching from orbit, and I can see the rail if not the halo itself from space. It's been fun.
