That wouldn't really work as you can't send trains through the the gateways so anything that needs to be carried on the train cant be brought through

One of the silva quests has you go near the core to collect 32 astronium. I would recommend bringing a medium canister as it is able to hold 32 resources. I had an astronium farm on another planet that i used and brought with a canister

Note to Blitz AND Intern: (2 x QT RTG) + (1 x Portable Oxygenator) = (Unlimited Oxygen + ability to use Backpack Printer at will). Double that equation and both of you can have infinite oxygen and the ability to use your backpack printers at will.

Actually (3x QT RTG) + (1 Portable Oxygenator) + (1 hoverboard) = (Unlimited oxygen + etc. When I first saw the hoverboard I didn't think I'd be interested in it. Then I used it.

Instead of using only dynamite to blow things up, use hydrogen, methane and sulfur gases to blow things up (you still need dynamite to detonate them)

I've completed Astroneer 3 times. The first time I built a road 3/4ths the way around the planet, to the north and south poles, and to the core with the large rover. The other times I've not built a road 3/4ths around the planet on all the planets.
