This actually strikes a chord with me. I am from Patna - Mussallapur Haat, Ramna Road and all are coaching hubs - which would be jampacked from 6pm to 10pm every evening, because there are so many students. I was in the same position as these kids almost a decade or so back. Sad to see, things have deteriorated this much
unless Bihar /national govt invests in education/upskilling this wont change
Why they dont want to do private jobs and wants to waste years of life in preparation of Govt jobs.
There is very limited Private Job Opportunity in Bihar. Industrial sectors are almost zero level in Bihar. So where they will get the Private Job.

dont look at just civil services, which employs only a few...try to skill yourself for the services inndustry..get into AI/telemedicine/management/HR/tourism/green energy etc etc..
