    THANK YOU!! I searched everywhere for "Quickbooks error "We can't match some products or services"" - couldn't find out how to avoid this error until I saw your video and learned to just not include the item column...that allowed me to import invoices from previous software.

    Thank you for very easy to understand video. I'm trying to move my invoices from one quickbooks online to another. I understand import process but export process is unclear for me. I'm trying to run reports and export them but none of these matches all data required by importing process. How to export invoices from quickbooks online so they would show all fields like items, categories, vat and etc? thank you for all help

    Hi, Thank you for this tutorial. i have a question when i imported all my invoices, the sales (revenue) didnt get picked up in my P&L report. any reason for that.

      Hi Mohammad, Take a look at your items to see what you have listed in the sales income field.

    When I go to import data and click on invoices I get a message that says import invoices isn't quite ready to support sales tax and then kicks me out

      Raeann... do you need additional information? My Customer's Jobs are setup in QB as Projects... I'm trying to import them using a CVS file but can not figure out the header needed for the projects...

    May I know what “location” is in the template?

      Hi Carla, Location is a field that QuickBooks Online offers if you want to segment different locations for reporting purposes. Similar to how classes work in QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.

      Hi Michael, Thank you for your request. QuickBooks has just added a new feature called Spreadsheet Sync and I will make a video showing how to import bills from the excel spreadsheet add on.
