Anyone watching in 2020? 🎉
Yep
Yaaas hunaaaaay.. This lockdown has led me here
Yes motivation for cleaning needed!
Yep
I am x
Her dad is the cutest little fellow
He must have passed away by now, he is an 😇 in Heaven.
Her dad's face lit up when the crystals were cleaned. He's such a cute lil bean!
I always watch this throw back when I need some inspiration to clean 😂
Same here, which my house needs a good scrubbing and declutter.🏘
has anyone ever wondered what Kim and Aggie's houses looks like?
+littlenavybrat I bet they were.
Ellie Rose where is this info from?
littlenavybrat is there a video?
All the time.
Ellie Rose yeah
I want this show to start running again
Doubt it will. They haven't spoken to each other (other than on the show) for 13 years unfortunately
That’s too bad. Strong personalities - I bet they could probably have some pretty intense disagreements.
And Kim was 62 during this episode. She might be well-retired
Surely they could find some other personalities/experts to present it. It's a great show, way better than "Britain's Worst".
@@LamaZopa2012 why aren't they speaking to each other anymore?
It's hard, I know that everybody loves to judge, but when she said that everything happened when her mom died I could understand a little. When I lost my mom I simply forget about myself. I worked really hard, took care of everybody but I couldnt take of myself and the house. It's hard for people to understand how grief works.
So true! I had to move 2 weeks after my husband passed. I couldn’t get anything done, my father told me to ‘get over it’ , I couldn’t even fix myself meals or unpack dozens of cartons.
@@nancymills1884 lose your other half and you're supposed to just get over it???
@@nancymills1884 lose your other half and you're supposed to just get over it???
I agree, I went through two pretty horrific traumas and both times I barely kept myself alive. Did everything for the children but things started getting on top of me. Trauma destroys you and survival is hard enough let alone cleaning, caring for everyone else and working x
@@nancymills1884 Grieving needs to be worked through and it usually takes years-between 3 to 5 years, no it's not the same intensity all the way throughout this healthy process. For anyone to tell a bereaved person to just "get over it" is cruel.
The father is just the cutest little peanut ❤️ old people are just adorable !
katie matthews they have adorable smiles.
The Daddy is cute.
My grandpa is 94 .
Why? We know nothing about him/ his character/past behaviour.
I don't like 'sentimentalizing' people just because they're older.
Why?
Kim is the real Gordon Ramsey of cleaning.
Yes this was a perfect example of how horrible things can get...and how important it is to help
She really is! 😊
I love how excited Kim got flossing that stove ;)
I can clean for hours with this on!
At least now I know I'm not the only one
+TripleCheese Topping That's why I watch it!
+TripleCheese Topping lol, it makes you clean, I know, it does it to me, I get phobic about the micro bugs n stuff
yes! makes little messes seem so big lol
Same i use it to help motivate me to clean
Anyone Still watching how to clean your House in 2022 I’m Obsessed with This Programme
Yes, is there anywhere free to watch the most recent seasons?
Instead of spending all of her money on needless clothing, she should just hire someone to clean the home. I know it is difficult to care for an elderly parent so hiring someone to clean would help decrease her work load and give her time to relax.
Ms P i
She can hire herself to clean her own house😁
Yes definitely.
decrease her workload, if she got off her arse and did anything that would be a start
She might have OCD and shopping could be her way of coping with it. It probably adds some excitement and happy anticipation to her life because she gets so many packages delivered to her door.
(I'm not a doctor so it's just my guess about the OCD.)
These two ladies have truly found their calling. They know their business, teach their clients and are so kind and professional. Lovely personalities.
it'd be funny if they surprised people by coming back 2 years later and seeing how the houses are
They used to pop in again, (not years later, but months later) I don't know why they stopped.
because this people just don't care. they wouldn't be in these situation if they care
Great idea. Even a year later.
Guarantee hoarders like this go right back to their fuckary after the "honeymoon" phase is over...
Jessica Thomas I would love to see that
I love Kim's excitement and positivity when she cleans something. It's so sweet. Xxx
Right? Like a happy dance lol
The dad seams as bright as a button, dear old boy.
PINK CHAMPAGNE not fair on him what a shame
PINK CHAMPAGNE he really dose.🌸
Love your user name 😊🌸
Well I meet Aggie 4 times since 2021 and she is absolutely 💯lovely a real sweet heart so kind hearted
I love how she says, my love.. she says it so _lovingly_
Poor spider - it was probably the tidiest creature living there as well!
SuperMathsBeaver probably was like "help I cant live like this anymore!" 😂
SuperMathsBeaver 😂🤣🤣
SuperMathsBeaver 😂😂😂😭😭
Her father is 94?! He looks really good. The years have been very kind to him.
Kindness begets kindness...
"God bless your mom. May she Rest In Peace. She did all the housework when she was alive." 😂
the dad is so lovely xx
2022 Anyone? Motivation to clean the house! 😂😂🤷🏻♂️
Oh God that spider on aggie I would have been out of there
Dawn Finch i would've been out of there when i saw it
I would have caught him and take him outside.
I almost fell out of my chair!!!!😱😱😱😱
In 2009 I had 3 major hip surgeries that laid me up for over 8 months, leaving my husband to do almost all of the housework on his own. I used to clean homes for a living when I was younger, and my grandma was a taskmaster as I was growing up under her guidance - and keeping a clean home was important to me. Being laid up so long was hard on me and I stressed constantly about the state of our home. Luckily we were empty nesters by then. I found this show on HGTV and binge watched episodes when I stressed about the cleanliness of our home. I immediately felt relief because, at it's worst, our house was never nearly as bad as any of your before jobs! You saved my sanity! I kept telling myself that our place was immaculate!
Thank you ladies for your love of clean. You have educated many folks on both sides of the pond.❤️ I am, once again, watching your adventures while I await yet another surgery.
thats a beautiful vintage house. i hope she keeps up the good work. that house deserves it
smiler Yes I hope so. She deserves it as well.
OMG THE DAD IS SOOOOO ADORABLE!
Sometimes when people buy tons of stuff on the shopping Channel, etc. Their buying things for a life they wish they had. Fancy clothes when they never leave the house. Entertainment items, when they don't entertain. My aunt was like this and never took it out of the box. So sad!
Right? It's kind of depressing.
every i am thinking lazy..i see this video..and make me have a spirit...to get up clean...thank you ..
I was so glad to see that her dear father finally got a very nice bedroom, free of daughter's clutter and filth. He seems like a sweet man :-)
Oh my!! I used to watch this when i was a kid and now I'm all grown up. Wonderful memories😃😃😃
If she was a hoarder, I don't think it would have been that easy to get her to get rid of stuff. As far as I know hoarders are terrible when it comes to the clean up and throw out. She seemed quite happy to get rid of stuff. That's excellent.
mary baroudi I hope she recouped some of the money she’d spent on that stuff and treated her dad, friends and herself to something nice.😊
I suspect you are right. Sometimes people use shopping in this manner as an emotional prop.
Who watching in 2019
Almost christmas 2019! Do you think the house is still clean?
@@PDogB I surely hope so!! Lol
Just found this channel yesterday.
I'm almost watching in 2020
2020 here
Love how happy they try and make everyone in the end, I've always loved watching this since I was young!
It’s been god knows how many years and I’m still in love with this
Comfort series hands down
I've literally spent the last 30 mins looking up How Clean is Your House stuff. This ep was the last ever episode of the series. Kim and Aggie also fell out and refused to be filmed on the same scene ( after the series ended .-. ). It end on 24 Of September 2009 :')
Aww
They never got on throughout the entire show lol, Kim isnt an easy lady to be around!
Aw that makes me sad. They put a good face on for the camera though. Liked to imagine they were buddies 😂
For the entire last season, they had to film Kim in the morning, and then Aggie would go in and do her part of the show in the afternoon. They used stand-ins during the shootings, and then compiled them to make them look as if the women were interacting with each other.
@@jb6712 why? Why they both hated each other so much? What happened
Whenever I think my house is in a mess I watch one of these
They both seemed so sincerely happy to make HIM happy (:
never get tired off the intro :)
My mom used to watch this show before she passed... I’m low key starting to think maybe that’s why I love cleaning. Can’t stand dirt and I’m still a student
I love how Kim gets excited cleaning lol
This can happen to grief stricken people. I'm so glad I've always watched this as I have had to face deaths in my family recently and I'm careful to keep focus on moving forward than back or at a complete numbing standstill.
That's a great attitude to have. Sounds like you've had a tough time, I hope life's being kind to you now 💖
Hope you doing ok now I lost my pops in 2019 it was hard for me and my mum to keep moving forward but we are moving forward every day
The daughter has very nice personality and dad is so cute.the two ladies who help them clean is super super nice and very entertaining.
it was interesting when Kim was talking about Aggie on big brother - they were never friends - they only spoke to each other through their tv agents - they didn't even exchange personal phone numbers ....yet people assumed they were best friends
But they worked together🤔
What? Wow I would never have guessed that. They seemed like they were good friends and had a really fun connection with all their Joking and the banter they had.
That's tv for you. They are good at fooling us.
"They only spoke through their TV agents" umm what?? There's loads of these episodes so that's obviously not true 🙄🙄
I noticed a lack of disrespect with Aggie towards Kim, sometimes.
That cracks me up because I honestly thought they were a couple Until one of them spoke about their husband but than I thought they both were married before than became a couple They are cute together regardless on what the situation is I truly love this show I just was introduced to it in Utube and my eyes have been glued to each video Pen in hand with all their great tips
I'm so happy her father gets to live in a clean nice house before he dies!! Bless you kim and aggie!! You are amazing ladies!!
This is so satisfying to watch, thanks to youtube for suggesting...
love the attitude of this sweet lady and her dad!
I love buying cleaning products, the cleaning aisles at the supermarkets are my favourite too. Some people like the biscuit aisle, I like the cleaning products.
Me too
That old man deserves better in his last years. Hopefully he'll live to 120.
And I love Kim and Aggie.
Also I think the team that comes in deserves some love too❤❤❤❤
I LOVE watching these shows for sentimental reasons, when my kids were little, we’d put these shows on and listen to them as we cleaned our house. They’re all grown now and have their own houses, but we still love to watch them to have a little chuckle. I love how Kim especially and Aggie are so nonjudgmental towards people, they’re just there to help them. You know everyone’s house gets messy, and sometimes it gets really messy, or sometimes it may just get ahead of you and you feel overwhelmed and so you end up not doing anything at all. It’s ok, just find what inspires you to clean. Mine is flowers, and my husband, I like to clean my little home really pretty and put fresh cut flowers around the house, also, I love it when my husband comes home from work and the house is bright and beautiful and the kitchen smells good with a nice dinner. I feel loved and appreciated when I make my home a warm and welcoming place. It may never be up to some peoples standard of museum quality spotlessness, but we do have dogs, chickens, gardens projects, and piles of books, and it’s satisfying to us.
I have a feeling Janet's gonna get her house messy again!😂
The poor old man 💔
Shame on you Janet for putting your dear elderly father through that hovel for his last precious years of life.
Be Nice, she's working her butt of cleaning others people's houses and taking care of her dad on her own.. Don't judge, you are not in her shoes..
@Jo Bloggs, with respect, people are not robots and can get burned out and totaly overwhelmed..
I agree Liesl! She can clean other houses and not her own? Makes no flaming sense!
C mon man you cannot defend her for nothing! Is important to keep our house clean we don't have any excuse for that! Is about our health first of all!
@Norma Jean I work full time (shift work with irregular hours) and I'm currently studying for a work exam on top of that. I live with two men who aren't exactly the cleanest people (hubby and brother). They are my family. This house is always clean. It takes an hour and half max for me to vacuum and mop a three bedroom home every weekend.
I'm drained. I'm tired. Everyone gets that way. I still clean my house and so do most people! No excuse! It's really not that hard! If you put your rubbish in the bin, do the dishes nightly and work piece by piece through the home daily, you really make light work of it.
If she had a disability or impairment, that would be a different story. She is perfectly able bodied. It's sheer laziness.
Oh and btw, I used to be a full time cleaner myself and I managed to keep my house clean when I got home. I'm 25 and I take great pleasure in keeping my house clean. It's a dying art. Everyone should too.
Its lovely, they made their house a home, and even helped her become the lovely woman she is.
@AL Smith thank you, Al. Hope you have a lovely, safe and blessed day!
I am always amazed that despite finding terrible bacteria and filth most of the people in this series are remarkably healthy, dirty but hale and hearty.
It’s like the Amish who carry in bacteria from the farm constantly, but are extremely healthy. It builds up a resistance that many of us don’t have.
8:38 Her cleaning the stove is 100% me anytime I clean.
I've watched all these episodes when they were on tv. I just love them two so much.
Yes yes!! Love these two ladies!! What a beautiful thing to do for different people, helping them!! Way to go ladies!! I just love ya!!
04:55 - Kim: "Bone China". Aggie: "Bone Idle, I'd say." Brilliant, that was actually very good.
I like to use a sprinkle of talc powder over my carpets, so I know where I've cleaned and it makes the carpet and vacuum, smell lovely! I would make sure you have good suction on your machine as you want all the talc to come out. Thanks for your tips and tricks, ladies, love from Australia xx
I'm some what OCD. I love to clean. It makes me feel so good. I take a mess and turn it into something marvelous. I feel completely satisfied in doing this.
@AL Smith That's very true.
Kim and Aggie! I miss you very much!!! Thank you for your contribution!
Watching these videos makes my home looks immaculate!
Am binge watching these am neck deep addicted😂😂
I love seeing these people who come & help clean her house. God Bless.
This episode is 10 years old. I hope she kept it clean! Her dad seemed very sweet, probably not around anymore.
I love this show, it really cheers me up! My house is not as bad as these homes, but it is a bloody mess. I do understand how they can let it go but not to the state of these places. I would call for help long before it got to that stage! Takes so much guilt off my shoulders
Anyone ever wondered how it is that on this show they clean up hoarders’ houses like it’s nothing-yet on the show “Hoarders” it’s literally impossible to get the hoarders to throw away one thing? 🤔
one of the nicest homes iv seen on the show
yeah
Upvc windows will be in that poor house now ☹️
Kim would make a good support-living assistant, where they help tenants clean their homes.
Lol I just love how frank Kim is
franscesca lewars I believe hoarders - including myself - (so I have had a lot of time to think about this ). need to be confronted and made uncomfortable. Otherwise change and habits will not come about. Everyone around them keeps giving in ( Not meaning her Dad ) and Kim just says it like it is. 🙏🏾
Kim & Aggie are so precious 💙 they never judge, they are inspiring and suportive.
We need more people like these two lovely ladies!
oh i like their enthusiasm! its so contagious.. I really need it now.
Beautiful home, I like the colour scheme. It is very warm and inviting. The stove in the kitchen is one formidable piece of nostalgia. Wonderful. Well done. I am going to pull out the hoover now and do my bit of keeping home feeling like home. Watching this show helps! 💕🏘
I put this on to do cleaning now I'm doing a cleaning job I've picked up so many tips from Kim and Aggie!!!
Me too. Had volunteer job but out of paid work since 2019. Lockdownsdidnt help.
Kim should have a cleaning show. We miss her in the US
Wow. Great show. Didn't know about toothbrushes. Very good cleaning products tips. Lovely ladies!
I'm a 46 year old male from Canada and I really love watching these ladies. They've got a wonderful sense of humour about the work they do and I bet they're an absolute pleasure to sit down and have a cup of tea with :D
They probably wouldn't stick around for long though, because I'm awkward and have no social skills but I have a strong feeling they'd still be absolute angels about finding a reason to finish their tea and leave early.
Oh my. Her Dad is so lovely 💖
this is am watching while stoned lol cant stop binge watching
I love the dad "ill use the stick" hahahaha reminds me of my dad
it's been so long since I've seen these ladies, I'm so happy to see them again
I don't know what was I thinking eating spaghetti Alfredo and watching this 😂😂😂😂😷😷
Loved this show,
Kim is hilarious. 🤣
When I look at these houses that have had such a remarkable cleaning I always wonder how they will look 6 months or a year down the line. I hate to be skeptical but I would be willing to bet that about 90% of these cleaned house revert to their "before" state within the first few months. I feel sorry for the little man who is living in this mess. I love Kim and Aggie.
whoever thought of textured walls and ceilings has a lot to answer for. All it does is collect grease and grime.
Yes, textured ceilings are the worst. I have a house that was built in 1914. The walls/ceilings are all plaster, as drywall wasn't invented until the 50's.For the most part, I really like the plaster. However, one of the rooms had this weird textured ceiling that looked very amateur. It could have been for "design" but it could also been to disguise slight cracks. Maybe that's why they invented textured ceilings? In any case, it's really ugly and was replaced.
Really a good job done by the team grest👍🏻...lovely house plz keep it clean
I watch these whilst cleaning to make myself more productive 😂😂
Aww I love Janet and her lovely dad so nice and thankful
This was a mistake by eating and watching this 5mins later OKAY I’m back from puking but I love how you clean people’s houses so that they can finally open their eyes and start cleaning ❤️ GOOD JOB ILY GUYS❤️👍🏽💘
In US, that's elder abuse.
Ikr? Was she trying to kill the old man in that mess? That's just disgusting!
In the UK it is as well
the us as no right to comment on anything its messed up
But this is the problem. No one bothers to help others they just sit in judgement and report to authorities under the guise of being helpful. Surely there were people around who knew there was a problem??? They should go and help. But people don’t often do that these days.....
I really think we are all ‘our brothers (or sisters) keeper’.
@@frankboff1260 You are right her friends were concerned for her and wanted to help. Someone who reported her might have risked her father being sent to a nursing home. Even living in the mess, I believe her father still would have preferred living at home and with the company of his daughter. Her friend might have just said to her, let's clean the kitchen well and the two of them could have done it together and then maybe gone on to the dining room or her dad's room at a later date. No need to call authorities and make a stink.
What a HUGE job! Well done!
I would love a squad of cleaners coming to my house 😄
Yeah, Kim cleans with oils and citrus, while 20 cleaners are bleaching tf out of the rest of these houses 😜
Still watching in 2020 from my farm in Wisconsin. Love this show!
She is a cleaner and lives like that and forces her poor dad to do the same and invades his privacy with all her garbage, the old man can not even walk without a cane, was she trying to kill him?
A clean house is a pest free house.....YES!
It's a lovely home. Glad they got it back.
This is so good ..I wasn't far off when I did my spring cleaning ..good too see .I kept 5 outfits and all else donated of rubbish ..summer packed up and donated ..etc. good outgoing and space returned..
