Hilti TE2 see drill repair. won't go into reverse.

This hilti TE2 came in in pieces. The customer must have tried to fix it himself but opened the hammer section instead of the motor section.
I rebuilt the hammer section first to insure it was working correctly before moving into the main problem.
it was only working in one direction. The contacts on the brush holder had worn out, so it needed a new holder and brushes.
