- Carnival Radiance (formerly Carnival Victory) is a Destiny-class cruise ship operated by Carnival Cruise Line. Ordered by Carnival in 1997, the 101,509 GT vessel was the third Destiny-class cruise ship to join the fleet after her debut in 2000 and became one of the largest cruise ships of her era. In 2021, she was renamed Carnival Radiance after a US $200 million refit was completed in October and she commenced service under her new name in December

The Sunrise dining room , just like Sunset, IS included in your cruise fare. I think you missed this because you do prefer to take your dinners in the lido buffet. Many Carnival ships have 2 main dining rooms that are included in order to serve all the guests.

I think the Sunrise dining is the my time dining. It is not a charged restaurant. Will be on Carnival Radiance Jan 2024. Can't wait.

Sunset is Your Time Dining and Sunrise has the set times for dinner.

I'm on this ship right now. Sadly, it's probably the last time we'll cruise with Carnival. I guess I'm officially an RC snob. 😂😅. To be fair, my family isn't into partying. It's definitely a different type of crowd, and I just feel RC has more family-friendly things to do. And we won't even talk about the food. Thank goodness they have the extra places that are included. They need it. Lol! But hey, it's always a good day to be at sea!
Hi Mitchelle, we agree with you completely and RC is definitely our cruise line of choice but like you said cruising on almost any cruise line is better than not cruising at all lol

Thank you for the videos, we love to watch you guys on your adventures. gives us more ideas on where to go on our next vacation :) I have to say that I like that Carnival Radiance had a candy store on the ship. the Navigator did not :( We were on deck 6, in a interior cabin. I actually really liked the cabin we chose, it was more of a square room, not long rectangle like the others. Looking forward to watching you in your next video. Be safe and Enjoy!

Returned home to AZ last week after being on the Miracle for 10-days. The Radiance has to be better. As a CCL shareholder, I've been very disappointed with the product.
