after face>"poke faces", you can use face>"trid to quads", return the same selection

anyone can help me . i got the problem if i use simular length they select all object not only cross

Kept trying, but the cloth simulation doesn't play. I used the pin group and used the proportional scaling, still no animation

Make sure that only the top verts are pinned, also, perhaps check if the scale of your net is applied. Hard to tell sometimes as it could be anything.
