- This is the New Clark City - Clark Airport Access road drive. The entire stretch of the road was passable but some portions are still under construction. Also one of the scenic drives in Central Luzon. The road crosses some of the portions of the Zambales mountain range. New Clark City is a new township (planned community) outside National Capital Region. Located within the Clark special economic zone, the 9,000+ hectare development is situated within Bamban and Capas Tarlac.
The road is 3x3 lanes with beautiful cut sections of mountains.
This video starts from Bgy Sta Lucia in Capas and ends in the Clark Airport rotunda. The road is self sustaining with solar powered street lamps. There are portions still under construction. There are wide pedestrian lanes on the side. Speed limit is 60 km/h. Finally got the chance to cross the New Sacobia River bridge too.
PS.
- was opened to motorists for the Philippine hot air balloon festival

the cut through mountainous terrain it is beautiful, especially this new bridge at the end, i thought it looked like tied-arch but its design looks graceful with cables around it.
awesome drive!
Maganda future nito basta huwag haluaan ng politika
It seems the road is still in its finishing stages. Very nice and scenic.
Ganda feeling bypass road 😂
What If Disneyland Pampanga Will Rise At New Clark City?
They won't. Disney won't waste money on another asian theme park that'll not make enough money in the long run. Disney has lost it's magic since the mid-2010s that they're losing money due to bad, questionable decisions that damaged their reputation. What had Iger done to your legacy, Walt?
They won't, it will be just a redundant park for them.
Instead of Disneyland, why not put up another Star City or Enchanted Kingdom in Clark? That would be much better since it's a local theme park company.
Beautiful highway. There should be more roundabout in the intersections to save on the traffic lights cost. More trees planted and nurtured until roots develop, on the center island and also on the sides.
I've been to Porac, Pampanga. The mountain ranges are a nice sight to see while driving.
The Asian Group Swimming Event is starting tomorrow till March 10 in Clark City Stadium and we will definitely use this road starting from Clark Speedway.
ginamit na ito ng NCC half marathon nung dec2023 stretch ng road approx 21k. magkakaroon ulit ng NCC Marathon this coming april or may2024 jan din yung route.
Yun 21k is hanggang saan po?
@@dmitrivalencia last dec2023 yung 21k route startingline is from the new sacobia bridge and finishline is inside the ncc stadium
Reminiscent of Commonwealth Ave nun dinedevelop pa lang ang QC.
0:25 is giving Quirino Highway area, kunware may S&R din sa right side hehe
2x3 lanes road for that long with no tolls at all? Damn, that's crazy. I hope the govt can maintenance the road well...
7:00 Are there any firefighters to put out that fire?
Bukas napo ba yan sa public even yung Sacobia Bridge?
If I’m not mistaken, this is the road that I mistakenly exited last 2021 when I went to NCC but was told to go back because it’s not open yet. I think it will take decades for this place to really flourish when it’s connected already via NSCR and the new Clark airport.
Ayyyyy!!!! sinu ba contractor nyan?
Temporary opening lang po for the event.
How long is the entire stretch boss Dmitiri? I’ve noticed that the traffic volume is very minimal, is it because it is newly opened and the public isn’t fully aware of it yet?
this road is not yet officially opened to the public, got a chance to completely document this during the Philippine Hot Air Balloon festival last weekend at NCC stadium.
@@dmitrivalencia no wonder. How long is the entire stretch? I plotted on the google maps, it’s around 19-21 kilometers.
@@fd111e2 i was not able to monitor the km I have traversed. I was about to measure the entire stretch but was so preoccupied with other things. sorry.
@@fd111e2 19.83km
@@dmitrivalencia that’s ok boss. I appreciate your video as you are documenting the progress of our road infrastructure . Looking forward to your other videos in the future boss Dmitiri.
The Drag Racers' Dream. Talking about Fast and Furious ones, not the Third Gender.
We were just driving for the hot air ballon fiesta 2024 and we took the new road going to sacobia because the ticket is so expensive we decided to go home
But on the way home we almost got lost because we noticed that the McArthur interchange and at the end it was the Sctex ncc entry so good thing we found a u turn and go to McArthur highway
instead💀💀💀
