In Finland and most of Europe parents are often less strict about teen couples sleeping together than parents in America are. Cultural difference. I did it already when I was something 15-16 and it was no problem with my parents.

That is completely different from us in America. My parents would kill me and him for trying that. As a teen, it's innocent if 2 guys sleep in the same bed because they are just friends, more like brothers. But if there is a sexual interest, that is completely different and my parents would not allow that at all. When it comes to sex, America has always been late bloomers, but we are still a young country compared to others.
I think Lari should just call his dad and get it out of the way. He can just let him know that he's staying over Elias house and if he tries to make him come home he's gona run away. It's childish I know but It's better then his dad constantly worrying about him and calling.
